Sucked into the blogging world...

Well I finally gave in and after admiring all the cute pages my friends back home have made I figured we better join the bandwagon. Guess we better start with some history...

Stephanie grew up in West Jordan, Utah and graduated from Copper Hills High in 2002. Ryan grew up in "PG" (Pleasant Grove, Utah) and graduated from where else but PG High in 1999. He served his LDS mission in southern Brazil and counts the days until we can buy our vacation home there. Ryan graduated with a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Utah and is now in Law School at Michigan State University. Stephanie graduated from Westminster College with a Bachelors degree in Nursing and works in the ER of a level 1 trauma center here in Lansing and LOVES it!

We met at a Thanksgiving dance in 2004 and were married in the Salt Lake Temple May 7, 2005. I won't overwhelm you with all the gushy details but we fell in love immediately and knew right away we had been looking for each other...awww.

We moved to Lansing, Michigan this past August so Ryan can attend Law School. Besides loving each other, we have the most adorable furry babies you have ever met! Norris just celebrated his 1st birthday and he is a curious and destructive Airedale terrier and Baby is the sweetest 8 month old Mastiff you have ever met- hands down. People call us crazy for the way that we baby them and spoil them but to us, they are our babies!

We tell each other all the time how lucky we feel to live the lives that we do. We have such wonderful, supportive families back home that we miss very much but are SO grateful for the chance to step out of our comfort zones and come out here to Michigan!
